How to Gain Muscle Mass in 7 Minutes

The main problem about gaining muscle mass is that it usually takes a long time. We've been taught that in order to get really good results we need to spend hours at the gym on each workout and to visit the gym 6 times a week. Well, it doesn't have to be this way. In fact, you can gain muscle mass in as little as 7 minutes.
Don't believe me?
Don't take my word for it, take that of famous trainer and nutrition expert Jon Benson. Jon wrote a muscle development program called 7 Minute Muscle which advocates the exact opposite of what we've been taught for years. In fact, Jon Benson shows (and he backs it up with research, his own experience, and that of his clients) that it's entirely possible to gain muscle mass with short but highly intensive workouts.
In 7 Minute Muscle Jon Benson shows how short workouts can be used to achieve impressive results. The workouts are divided into 3 levels of difficulty. Beginners can achieve great results by doing 7 minute muscle gaining workouts. Intermediaries can do 14 minutes while serious bodybuilders can make do with 21 minutes (but those are really hard exercise sessions, so only do them if you're advanced and really fit).
7 Minute Muscle shows how you can cut your gym time and still get the kind of results you desire both in fat loss terms and in body development terms. And it's all done in a short time by doing intensive and focused workouts.
This will take some effort on your part. The short workouts you do will be harder than those you are used to. However, the amount of time that you save is well worth the effort. And the results may surprise you.
I know this concept may seem to be too good to be true, but it's really all up to you. If you apply the knowledge in 7 minute muscle, you will see that it is possible to get great muscle gaining results with just 7 minute workouts.
