Shrink Stomach Fat

Here's how to shrink stomach fat... exercises like crunches and situps are not needed. Diet... not needed. Supplements... not needed. I just need about 8-9 minutes of your time, and in a month you'll see a dramatic reduction in your waist size.

1. Belly rubs shrink fat cells in the stomach
How and why?
The how... take your hands together. Rub them vigorously. Do this until you can tell they're hot. About 15 seconds or so. Then take 1 of your hands. Rub it around your belly where there is fat... usually around your belly button. Do this rubbing for 30 seconds.
Do this for a total of 2 minutes or so... twice a day. Ideal times are right before you go to bed and right after you wake up.
The why... the heat from the hands gets into the fat cells of your belly and destroy them when you repeatedly do this to them. Another thing that happens is that the rubbing motion stimulates a more efficient digestion of your foods. End result... you lose weight and fat from 2 different ways because of this.
2. Intense Hindu squats
These have to be intense to work. What I mean is you have to put in 100% effort. Go as fast as you can... for 5 minutes NON-STOP. Oops, I got ahead of myself. Hindu squats are nothing more than bodyweight squats. You squat, but without any weights.
Anyway, the power in these is in the fact that you don't stop until you've done 5 minutes. This puts the body into oxygen debt. That's good because to overcome that, the body is forced to suck in extra oxygen. This extra oxygen creates fat burning.
This is a hard exercise so I advise you to work up to doing 5 minutes non-stop. This is a journey, not a race. So build up to 5 minutes over a week or two.
These 2 things alone will shrink stomach fat fast.
